Syeda, a quiet, fresh-faced intern, greeted me on her first day.
Now she welcomes her interns every July.

Jacqueline, a competent senior resident, efficiently managed busy clinic days.
Now she helps her residents with agenda setting.

Aliza, an enthusiastic fellow, shared ultrasound pearls with community faculty.
Now she teaches her residents about musculoskeletal medicine.

Now that’s my job, well done.
